How do I let a real estate agent know I will work with them?
Get a flyer made, or make one yourself. Take it up to all of your local real estate offices and ask them to post it on the community bulletin board. Most offices will have them. Offer a commission and write it on the flyer with your contact information. Most agents won't have a problem showing your home if you are willing to work with them.
