Texas Real Estate Contracts - Notice to 3rd Party Financing Adendum
When a buyer who was attaining financing was unable to receive financing for any reason specified in the adendum, this notice should be delivered to the seller to terminate the contract persuant to the terms of the 3rd Party Financing Adendum.
