Texas Real Estate Contracts - Adendum for "Back Up" Contract
In the event that you have multiple offers and buyers on your home, you will have the opportunity to offer a Back Up contract position to the second or third best offer. The contract will be executed and followed in the exact same manner as the primary contract, but this forum must be used to clarify it's back up status.
