Texas Real Estate Contracts - 1 to 4 Family Residential Contract

This will act as the sales document for the house and will include several important terms which will dictate the success of your negotiation. This will be an area where a more experienced agent will be able to essentially change the numbers into their clients favor. This is also where unrepresented buyers and home sellers have the most issues during the negotiation. Feel free to post any questions.
