Texas Real Estate Contracts - Seller's Disclosure

The Seller's Disclosure which is promulgated by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) is a document which is filled out by the seller. This is meant to disclose all information about the house known to the seller. This must be presented to the buyer within the time period set in the sales contract.
