Information About Brokerage Services

This document which is promulgated by the Texas Real Estate Commission or TREC informs a buyer or seller of the different types of representation or relationships that an agent may have during a real estate transaction. This form is not a contract, but it must be presented by the agent during the first meeting where any substantial discussion takes place.
