As a real estate agent, I always tell my clients to leave the home during showings. You can either leave the house completely by taking a drive/walk, or you can sit in the backyard if you prefer not to leave. It is very difficult for a buyer to feel comfortable commenting about the home while you are still there. In most instances they will feel rushed, because they feel they are inconveniencing you.

Hi Joe,
I do accept with your views that the buyer would not be comfortable to comment on the house when you are around. He will not rush when you are not there during the visit so he will have enough time to see the house and there are lots of possibilities for a deal going through. Thanks,
