How to Screen Buyers
For security purposes, make sure you know who the buyers are that are coming into your home. If they have a real estate agent, this agent should have a business card or pocket license to verify their identity. Usually buyers with an agent have been pre approved with a lender, so this is also an important question for potential buyers of your home. It is easily verified by contacting the lender who has pre approved them.
