Make sure you have properly identified your buyers as well as making certain that someone other than yourself are at the home. It is rare for anything bad to happen, but don't take a chance.
You should have all of your valuables locked away, so you should feel a little more comfortable with leaving the home or going to the backyard while the prospects are viewing your home.
