After several years at a large brokerage, I realized that it was time for something to change. With over 300 agents just in my office, it was clear that I wanted something different for myself and my clients.

In the large brokerages, it is more important to build their brand's market share by hiring as many agents as they can possibly squeeze into their building. Whether the agent eventually succeeds in the business becomes second in importance. Over the course of my career with the "big brand" broker, I saw hundreds of agents come and go after selling a few homes to their friends and family.

Our philosophy is simple, we don't want to become a "big brand" broker. We are on track to become a broker with a "big brand" amongst our clients and referrals. We genuinely care about our clients and how well we take care of them whether they are buying, selling or renting a home!
