Default Do I have to close at a Texas Title Company

You can use any attorney who is experienced with Title Research and Title Abstracts, but I would have to advise you to close at a title company to insure the process is completed properly. Unless you are saving money through the attorney, or you are not located close to a title company...you may want to strongly consider closing at a title company. If the title is not properly researched or transferred, you will have a very difficult time correcting a problem you were unaware of.
