Make sure when holding an open house, that you have all of your valuables locked up. Make certain to have multiple people in a home, or at least have a contact person who is going to be awaiting phone calls from you when you are hosting the open house.

Having multiple people in the home will allow you to keep an eye on all of your visitors to make certain your home and most importantly yourself are safe.
