Does it make sense to do a FSBO?
It totally depends on your situation. It will definitely save you some money, but it is also does take quite a bit of effort.
Don't let agents bully you into thinking you can't do it. If money is the issue, then give it a shot. The worst case is you try and don't succeed. There have been many people who have done it on their own.
